LOG IN: Enter your account username and password to access your dashboard.

START NEW ORDER: Click “Create a Prescription Order” to begin.

ADD A REFERENCE: Enter a job reference that helps you identify the order internally.

CHOOSE ORDER TYPE: Select from Uncut, Glazed, or Remote Edged lenses — depending on your needs.

ENTER THE PRESCRIPTION: Input the patient’s prescription details. If you’d like to check lens availability or specifications, please refer to the Product Pages in this catalogue.

SHAPE SELECTION: If you have shape data, enter it and select “Standard Shape” — then choose the closest match to the frame shape. If you don’t have shape data, you can select a blank lens and let us know the required blank size.

CHOOSE YOUR LENS TYPE: Select Clear if you're ordering standard, untinted lenses. To order Photochromic or Polarised lenses, continue through the lens selection to find the colour and material options available for those treatments.

ADD COATINGS AND TINTS: Choose from our range of lens coatings (anti-reflective, blue light, hard coat) and optional tints or mirror finishes to customise your lens further. ENTER ADVANCED LENS MEASUREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE): Enter advanced lens measurements (if applicable) For our higher-end, freeform lenses, you can input advanced fitting parameters such as Back Vertex Distance (BVD), Pantoscopic Angle, Wrap Angle, and Tilt — helping ensure precision performance based on the individual’s frame and posture.

REVIEW YOUR ORDER: Carefully check that all prescription details, lens options, shapes, and add-ons are correct. Once confirmed, press Accept.

PLACE YOUR ORDER: Click “Place Order” to submit — and you're done.
